You wouldn't throw away a perfectly good TV because you lost the remote. You wouldn't tear down a wall because someone scuffed the paint. You'd fix it.So why are we letting perfectly good homes quietly disappear simply because they need repairs? I ask that question a lot these days, because the answer matters more than ever.
